Feed the good wolf

➳ I have struggled with these feelings many times. It is as if there are two wolves inside me.

One is good and does no harm. He lives in harmony with all around him, and does not take offense when no offense was intended. He will only fight when it is right to do so, and in the right way.

But the other wolf – he is full of darkness and destruction. He fights everyone, all the time, for no reason. He cannot think because his anger and hate are so great.

Sometimes, it is hard to live with these two wolves inside me, for both of them try to dominate my spirit.

Which one wins?

The one I feed.

  1. I posted this story too :)
I found an ending that I liked…Another blogger said “Maybe the angry wolf is swaddled and absorbed. I loved that. That’s what I did with mine.
    Blessings-

  2. I’ve used this story in our kindergarten classroom as I try to teach the kiddos about ‘listening to that voice inside’. I too keep it in my head as a reminder of the many choices to be made…Every… Single… Day…
